Insurance & Paying for Treatment

You don’t take insurance? Why not?

We do not take insurance for the following reasons:

  • We want to spend quality time with our patients, really get to know you and your issues without the constraints of an insurance company dictating your treatment or length of your sessions.
  • We offer 90-minute new patient appointments and 30-minute follow ups – most practices that take insurance can’t afford to spend that much time with patients due to low insurance reimbursement rates so they have 10 or 15 minute follow ups – we don’t think that is enough time to properly treat patients!
  • IN PERSON OR VIRTUAL APPOINTMENTS
  • Extended hours (open 8 am to 8 pm Monday – Thursday and 8 am to 4 pm Friday and Saturday). Refill requests, questions, and scheduling handled at times convenient for you.
  • No fees for paperwork – including FMLA, disability, emotional support animals, etc.
  • We complete all prior authorizations required to get you your medication
  • Same day refills – we don’t have a long list of rules and stipulations to get your medication refilled. Just give us a call – we’re open late and on Saturdays to assist you!
  • Your medication is still covered. If you have pharmacy/medication insurance, your medication is covered no matter who prescribes it.
  • We do take insurance for TMS, which is a medication-free treatment for depression and anxiety. Complimentary consults are available to learn more about TMS.
  • We provide a “super bill” that patients can submit to their insurance companies for out-of-network reimbursement.

Boutique doesn’t mean expensive!
We offer reasonable, competitive rates for our services.
